The ARMCO Team

Russell G. Camper, Founder and owner, has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has worked specifically in the commercial/multi-family arena for over 15 years. Russell has a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and through this philosophy he has been able to build many long-term relationships with reputable clients, managers, vendors and subcontractors. He believes that providing his clients with superior service for a competitive price while staying focused on safety and communication gives results that clients deserve. His OSHA certification and safety record ensures that a project will be performed without incident. His primary roles with ARMCO are sales, consultations, field operations and project management.


C. Natoshia Camper, co-owner, has worked in various office settings as an office manager for over 15 years. She has performed various office functions pre ARMCO. She is able to provide the best client support with her communication skills and knowledge of accounts payable and receivable. She has a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Maryland University College. In addition, she has obtained two certifications; 1.) Cultural Diversity Awareness and 2.) Negotiation Conflict and Management. It is her goal to have an organized office and with that equals an efficient company with satisfied clients.

Terry R. McLamb, ARMCO Marketing and Customer Relations. He is a Marine Veteran and has worked in outside sales and route supervision of retail transportation for the last 30 years. His previous knowledge of outside goals and customer relationships makes him an asset to the ARMCO team. He is able to multi-task and interacts with vendors and customers on a daily basis in the NC area. He is a true symbol of what ARMCO wants to relay to our current and future clients. He helps to build the relationships that Russell has developed over the years by putting high importance on customer satisfaction.
