ARMCO added 240 square foot of additional space at their maintenance facility. ARMCO provided the necessary architectural drawings and site plans needed to pull the permits for this addition as
well as prepared the site and performed all the necessary construction work. In addition we re-roofed the entire building.
ARMCO completed work at Apartment in Charlottesville, VA
ARMCO completed work at Residence in Smithfield, NC
ARMCO worked with the homeowner to enlarge and add value to their home. ARMCO pulled all the necessary permits and necessary drawings to construct this 30” by 22” double car garage for the home
owner. This required us to relocate the meter base, water lines, cable and phone, and widening the driveway as well as match the siding, trim, and shingles. All work was to code even the ninety mile
per hour wind rated garage doors.
ARMCO completed work at Apartment in Cary, NC
ARMCO worked hand in hand with management and owner to update the appearance of this 8,000 square foot leasing facility in Cary, NC. ARMCO coordinated with the interior designer and structural
engineer to bring the owner’s vision to life. We removed and relocated walls, demoed and removed outdated trim and accessories, re-fabricated the bar, installed a new granite counter top, installed
tile at the fireplace, turned a conference room into their new cardio facility, enlarged their leasing area, added a new office for the assistant, added granite countertop to their guest center, as
well as installing nine flat screen televisions, five new game systems, and built an outside bar and custom fabricating rod iron curtain rods for the cabana with decorative details.
ARMCO finished up the clubhouse renovation in Raleigh as well as started on the deck, bridge, stairs, and walkway renovations. The metal stairs
and landing replacement continues. We also have worked on stair tread replacements in Richmond, VA as well as continue to work on the framing for Beckstoffer Mill. Our maintenance
division is busy with 8 BBQ grill replacements throughout a property, replacing and repairing metal exterior doors, chimney repairs, gutter/fascia repairs, laundry room renovations, and installing
additional lights in a residential parking garage.
ARMCO wrapped up or started on several projects including: siding and roofing for single family homes in Richmond, VA as the work at Beckstoffer
Mill historic demo continued, major metal staircase and landing replacement, power wash wooden and concrete at leasing office deck and re-stained wooden deck, as well as a pool bathroom
renovation in Raleigh, NC. Our maintenance division completed gutter replacements, shingle repairs, installed hand dryers in clubhouse bathrooms, and painted monument entrance sign.
ARMCO awarded several contracts to provide services to install Hardie siding on single family homes as well as
dimensional architectural shingles, and TPO roof systems.
2/21/2011 - ARMCO awarded a
contract to perform renovation in the historic Beckstoffer Mill in Richmond, VA. This work will start in Mid-March and will consist of interior an exterior
ARMCO was awarded the contract for the renovation of a leasing center in Raleigh, NC. Renovations includes modifying of interior walls/openings/doorways, building custom bookshelves,
and painting the entire interior.
ARMCO was awarded the contract for the renovation of a new 1275 sq ft fitness/community center in Raleigh, NC. The work scope for this project
consists of replacement of exterior doors, modifcation of interior walls and openings, relocation of kitchenette, providing of new electrical/cable for new fitness equipment, interior painting,
and custom work work.
1/16/2011 - after completing renovations including framing alterations interior and exterior, Hardie siding installation, installation of
windows/doors, re-roofing at Lincoln Mews, Phase II, ARMCO started
construction of 3 mail kiosks and 1 custom pergola at the community center.
1/01/2011 - ARMCO started the
renovation of 720 sq ft of unfinished attic area into 2 rooms/full bath and loft area in Johnston County. ARMCO is acting as the general contractor and coordinating all trades and subs.
Project is scheduled to be completed mid March.
